  • Please follow Covid rules at time of event.  
  • QR code upon arrival.
  • No arrivals before midday Friday.  
  • Friday afternoon contact Tina (0409523538) upon arrival for parking directions.
  • Parking to be 4m apart
  • Please maintain camp/float bubble - no mingling between camp bubbles.
  • 3 Day temp log is mandatory.
  • Canteen available both days.
  • Unfortunately due to Covid our evening meal is now cancelled.  
  • We will supply a list of local takeaway businesses, which you can support during these difficult times.
  • Limited space/numbers (dependent on current covid restrictions on day)
  • Dogs allowed- must be restrained at all times.
  • Fires in drums only.
  • Due to Covid - all personal rubbish , Manure and hay to be taken with you.

This is Ararat Pony Clubs major fundraiser - Thankyou for supporting our event.
We hope you enjoy the ride, in the beautiful region of Ararat.  (Hope the weather is kind)
We NORMALLY have a raffle- due to COVID this will not go ahead, but we are happy to take sponsorships and donations for our club. 
The weekend canteen is also a large part of our fundraising, please support where you can.

Refunds with medical and or vet certificate, and following cancellation of event due to Covid - minus processing fees.
