VETTING INFORMATION

ETS INFORMATION
You will have a lanyard attached to your bib that you are given when you complete your entry. You need to wear this during your ride and should tuck it into the bib pocket so it doesn’t flap around, and so it doesn’t accidently get lost. You do not need to scan the card at the start of your ride, but when you return to base from your ride, you will scan at the in-time tent and you will be given a ticket.
It is the rider’s responsibility to read the ticket each time and action if necessary.
Please ensure that you bring your bib/lanyard to the pre-ride talk so you are able to scan and ensure that all your entry details are correct. If you scan and they are not correct, then you must see the office crew so this can be rectified in AERASPACE before the start of your ride.
