· 20km - $50 + $15 day membership where applicable
· Camping fee $10 per horse/one off fee
Sunday:
· 40km - $70 + $15 day membership where applicable
· 80km - $130 must be NSWERA current member
· Camping fee $10 per horse/one off fee

Saturday
8:30am – Office opens (Saturday riders will be given preference)
11am – Vetting opens for Saturday riders ONLY
12:45pm - Vetting opens for Sunday riders
1pm – 20km ride start. 2hrs min riding time, 3hrs max riding time - Pre Ride talk will be at office at 12 noon (without horse)
4pm- course closes.
5pm - Vetting closes.
6pm - Pre-Ride Talk for 40km/80km outside Office
Sunday
5am – 80km ride start. 6hrs min riding time (novices), 9hrs max riding time (all) - Pre-Ride Talk Saturday 6pm
6am – 40km ride start. 3hrs min riding time, 5hrs max riding time - Pre-Ride Talk Saturday 6pm

HENDRA PROTOCOLS
No entry onto Ride Base without correctly filled out Health Declaration Forms.
Hendra Protocol: Vaccinated Horses: Must have a 3 Day Health Declaration plus a copy of current Vaccination Certificate. Vaccinated horses will be given a green ribbon to use in the mane at the Ride Base Entry Gate.
Unvaccinated horses: From Hendra Hotspots: Must have a 10 Day Health Declaration Form completed. Horses from within a Non-Hendra Hotspot will require the 3 Day Health Declaration Form.
RIDE BASE INFORMATION
No fires will be allowed and dogs must be kept on a leash. Horse water will be supplied on base and human drinking water is available from tanks on site.
Fuel is available 10km north and south of Johns River village.
The Grounds will be open for camping on Friday evening and Sunday stopover can be arranged. There is a flat camping fee of $10 per horse for the weekend. We will comply with Covid regulations and will advise these closer to the ride date.
Please bring bags to take your horse poo and left-over hay/feed away with you. Also your camps rubbish as there will be NO garbage bins.
CATERING
Rosie’s Cafe will be open Saturday and Sunday. A Pizza van $25 all-you-can-eat Saturday night. A canteen will be available at the Grounds on Sunday morning.
RIDE INFORMATION
The track is mostly flat with a few gentle rises and travels through coastal forest trails and roads. The trails are generally soft underfoot and the gravel forest roads are also good underfoot. All riders must wear a current Australian Standard helmet. Whips and spurs are not allowed at endurance rides. Minimal human drinking water will be available on course, wherever possible we would encourage riders to carry their own water bottles.Remember to bring buckets and sponges to wash your horse once you complete your ride and before presenting for your end of ride veterinary check.
