RIDE BASE GATE OPENS 12:00 noon Friday – Ride base is at Pat & Dicky Lamprey’s paddock on Smith and Others Road, Sassafras.

RIDES – SATURDAY 27 FEBRUARY:      

· 80km ride – starts 7.00am

· 40km ride – starts 8.00am

· 20km ride – starts 9.00am

PRE-RIDE VETTING
*FRIDAY afternoon – From 4:00 pm – 80k/40k/20k (pre-ride vetting for 20km & 40km riders ONLY on Saturday morning from 6.00 am)

BRIEFINGS – SATURDAY MORNING

80k – 6.15 am

40k – 7.30 am

20k – 8.30 am

 

*Water available

*NO DOGS ALLOWED ON SITE
*Please remove all hay and scatter manure
*Canteen will be provided

*Electronic timing will be used on ride base

·         DAY RIDER APPLICATION - FOR Day Riders who are not full members 

·         HORSE HEALTH DECLARATION - You are required to take and record your horse's temperature for three days before the ride as well as on the day of arrival.  The form must be presented to the Ride Office on arrival. If you arrive without this form completed, you will not be allowed to enter

·         ENTRY FORM & TRAINER DECLARATION - To be completed by all riders/trainers

NOTE:  Particular attention needs to be paid to the yarding of your horse at Ride Base.
